🔐 Deposit Policy • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • This deposit goes toward your service total. • Reschedules made outside of 24 hours will retain the deposit for a future booking. • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. ⸻ ⏳ Cancellation & Rescheduling • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Late cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours = 50% of remaining balance. • No-shows = 50% of remaining balance. ⸻ 💳 Card & Payment Policy • A valid card is required on file when booking. • Cards will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or unpaid balance. • Booking with insufficient funds or locked cards may result in permanent booking restrictions. ⸻ 🚫 Missed Payments • Unpaid fees must be cleared before rebooking. • Clients with outstanding balances will be blocked from scheduling future appointments until payment is made in full. ——— ⏱️ Late Arrivals • A 5 minute grace period is provided. • After 5 minutes, your appointment may be canceled. ⸻ 🚷 No Extra Guests • No extra guests are allowed unless being serviced. • (Moms are welcome to bring their child to their appointment if need be.)
